VLC playback delay on seek (jump to another timestamp)

I apologize in advance, but this is gonna be mouthful. Here it is, a short guide showing how to work around the playback jitter problem on seek for audio files in the VLC media player in Linux, by reducing the file caching value for input codecs. I hope it makes sense.

Thank you very much for that, using vlc on debian and it significantly improve the playback jitter, multiples times i've faced out this "seek for audio"
