i need to run a .ini file as administrator as it wont let me save my configuration,

however, right click does not show the "run as administrator" option,

Alternatively, you can run Notepad as Administrator then use Notepad to open the ini.

I would temporally enable the built-in Administrator account by using the Local Users and Groups MMC console to change the properties of the Administrator account:

Open the MMC console and select Local Users and Groups.
Right-click the Administrator account and select Properties. The Administrator Properties window appears.
On the General tab, clear the Account is Disabled box.
    Close the MMC console.
    Administrator access is now enabled.
