virus??

    my friend has a virus we think and in anything you can type into if your not quick the virus will type

    <Removed> your pic it's funny lol :p

    we carnt get rid of it with avg or kaspersky

    how do i get rid of it?

    also she has a mcafee firewall and yet everytime she scans her computer she has 3 trojans all on the same file time after time!!
