The file with information about available updates does not contain all necessary information. This file is correct on ESET's update server so please check out what server the computer updates from. In order to investigate the issue further, we'd need to get the configuration of that client as well as the content of the %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\ESET\%PRODUCTNAME%\Updfiles folder.
