Virus Bulletin June 2005

Hi!

The Australian site (http://nod32.com.au) shows that Nod32 has earned its 32nd VB award for the month June 2005. But the results for June 2005 are not there on the official VB site (http://www.virusbtn.com)!!

Please explain!

i'd guess that the AV companies are informed before the results are publicly released, nothing suspicious

 

But wasnt the test supposed to be in JUNE 2005

 

Then how come Eset was informed even before they tested Nod32

 

hiya, to quote from the Virus Belletin web site "Please be aware that the testing will be carried out in the month preceding publication of the results"

 

Oh alright! My mistake! Didnt read that! Well real good to know Nod kept its reputation! Cheers to the best AV out there!

 

yeah, good to see another one added - they'll be running out of space to put them all!

Looking forward to seeing how NOD does in the AV Comparatives test (http://www.av-comparatives.org/), the results of which are due out in a few days.

NOD32 has earned an "avdanced +" at av-comparatives.org.

 

cof if the mag would be released ui june testing is to be carried out in advance (let's say in may)
