    Hi all,

Three articles to rule them all and in the darkness bind them:

A tutorial explaining how to clone virtual machines in VirtualBox using VBoxManage utility:
    http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/virtualbox-clone.html

A tutorial explaining how to add new virtual hard disks to virtual machines in VirtualBox:
    http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/virtualbox-add-disk.html

A tutorial explaining how to shrink and expand virtual disks in VirtualBox:
    http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/virtualbox-shrink-expand-disks.html

    Regards,
    Mrk

    Mrk,

    great tutorials as usual :thumb:

One remark on the third one, though: It's easy to also shrink dynamic virtual disks. I've done it several times. A good description (among other important aspects) can be found here. For a Windows guest, e.g., it's important to use the Microsoft tool sdelete after the defragmentation and before applying modifyhd.

Thank you very much for great tutorials, Mrk.

I'm quite fond of the immutable vdisk feature that VirtualBox is offering. :)
