Virtualbox 2.2 and 3D graphics for linux guests ??

    EDIT: there goes my faith in El Reg: I think there is no dl available yet for 2.2 : Sun's download page still showing 2.14

    Frankly I was a bit suprised that VB had got in ahead of VMWare...

    It will be there soon.
    I was sent an email to watch a video conference last week.
    I didnt get to watch it since the email sending me details to signin were sent two days after the event.
    I cant wait for this release.

    edit: its avaliable now.
    one download for each OS. much better than the old seprate for 32bit/64bit.

    My download is almost complete as I type. I'll be installing it in a couple of minutes.

    Edit: Proceed with caution. They've messed up local networking!!!
    Re-edit: You must uninstall the previous version before starting the install of 2.2 or Bridged Networking won't work.
