    1. Is it possible to virtually merge two directories? Fx. Merge a folder with videos and a folder with subtitles, so the video-player will find subs, but they won't be visible when browsing videos.
    2. How to virtualize some registry-data when launching a program? Some programs on portable drive use registry and system drive folders, so in order to use those specific folders have to be redirected, and the registry data have to be added. Can the added registry-data be virtualized so when quitting the program, they are gone again?

    Thx for the reply.

But those virtual softwares requires an install between snapshots.
The apps are already installed, and it would take a month at least to get all the setups and do the installs again. Plus virtualization soft doesn't always succeed.

It works everytime when just the app folder is copied and "junction" is used to redirect its uses. Some apps also require registry entries and that can also be done from batch doing the folder redirection. But when app has ended junction can remove its doing, while the registry entries stays.
