Let's say that I create an image of my C drive on another local drive, making sure it is broken up into 2 GB chunks and then burn those chunks onto DVD's. For the purpose of this question, let's say that it takes 4 DVD's. If I want to later view some of the data on one of those DVD's without restoring all the DVD's, how do I know which disk contains what material? Will I have to swap out all the DVD's until I find what I am looking for?

You cannot directly explore images on multiple removeable media such as CD or DVD with TI. You'll need to copy the images to a hard disk first and then mount the image using the "Explore Image" feature in TI.

    Hello sharjohn,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

howie123 is absolutely correct. Please copy the content of all the DVDs to a single folder and explore the image.

    Thank you.
