Video Capture Utility Recommendation

Please provide Video Capture Utility Recommendation Software. It does not have to be Free.

Reason: I purchased an electronic device which has online training videos. I asked the vendor if I can download the videos for offline use. They said NO, but they have no problem with me capturing the videos and saving them.

I have Snagit and PicPick. I am not sure if Snagit offers a free version, but PicPick does, providing both free and paid options. I suggest downloading PicPick; the free version may do everything you need. Good luck...
