LOL. I think Webroot Team is planning on developing and releasing a fourth product - WSAIS. So we would have WSA AV, WSAIS, WSAISP and WSAC

I believe it's a bug. I suggest you contact Webroot Support Team and open a Support Ticket immediately.

 

There is no icon on Scan with Webroot in the right click context menu.
And what's Permanently erase with Webroot? Does it delete files and folders if used?

 

Has there ever been one?

I believe there was. Anyhow that is not an excuse to not put an icon now, right?

If there is no system cleaner in the av version, why would a permanent folder/file deleting feature be added?

Just got update via WSA prompt I havn't rebooted yet, so "maybe" that's why i'm NOT seeing the Gold lock appear in the taskbar icon on www's HTTPS or otherwise ?

CPU is around 4% - 5% which is no big deal, as such, but it used to b nearly always 0% ?



Overview has a clickable icon that goes to the appropriate panel, which is nice



I think it would be helpful if the other panels/tabs had the same feature too, sorta like this.



Click on that & it takes you to those settings

Generally, so far so good

 

I have an icon - But that's mine & I'm not lending it out to anyone (I might not get it back)

 

Rebooting should help it

This is probably just when the UI is open. Could you see if it drops down when closed? If so, it is just from the realtime refreshing of statistics on the Overview screen.

This link should only show in the Complete product or if you had System Cleaner available under System Tools before (it will show in some AV products and other users depending on your installation path).

 

I believe we were deciding between multiple different names but this helps differentiate the added functionality but I don't believe we're intending to have just an Internet Security product alone

 

It looks like Essentials licenses aren't being batch-updated unless you're on the closed/private beta. However, when renewing, you'll receive the Complete product for the Essentials price, which will then include the additional password management functionality not in place in the old Essentials product.

Let me know if you're seeing something different!

 

Very glad to hear this It was a change we made late in the process but it definitely simplifies the entire user experience over where it was before.

Is there going to be a proper announcement on this, information seems to have slipped out unofficially? I am confused about what exactly is happening with current Essentials keycodes. E.G. I have both a beta & 2-year paid Essentials license still showing as Essentials in my console. Will either of these get updated to Complete or is it only when I renew in 2 years time? I'm keen to know as I want to use a premium android license but am uncertain if I will get this as part of an upgrade. Thanks

My Webroot Essentials has been updated to 8.0.2.14. There is no sign of the Password Management function.

I have 516 days left before renewal. Does this mean I won't receive Complete until then, providing I renew?

 

The situation still pretty confusing. Some users have reported that the shift requires a renewal or change of e-mail. Others says that it will be automatic... are we getting 5 licenses or we keep the essential model i.e. 3? Any clarity out there, please?

 

But you have two Scan with Webroot icons! Why not lend me one?

Now I know why this release feels really slow and laggy when I open the WSA-window.

Please tell me how I can get rid off all the statistics on the "Overview page".

With a cpu load of 50% life sucks...

 

Could you let me know what kind of CPU/MHz/cores/graphics card you have?
