Version 4942 isn't backing up my Outlook :(

    I have downloaded and installed version 4942. I tried backing up my email using the My Email option. It backed up "successfully" however when I went to check to be sure it backed everything up I was disappointed. I only backed up about 600kb worth of data when i have over 100,000kb of data. What's the deal. Is this program just something that can't be relied on? What am I doing wrong?

    I'm having nothing but trouble trying to do an incremental backup of Outlook. TI crashes. I have 3 days left on the trial version. In those 12 days Acronis has issued several updates and I've had to (discover that an update was issued) and download each one. The last question from support was if my software was installed in the default location (?!?!!? yes, it's installed on my computer!)

    With so many updates I don't know why TI doesn't have a "check for updates" button.

    I give up, I'm looking for something else.

    There are several alternatives for backing up Outlook. You only have to consult your Google Gods for them.

    That might be nice. Otoh, Logitech's mouse promgram has an update button and it always says there's no update, even when there is.

    So adding that feature might be just one more loop in the Windows knot. ;-)
