    Hello n8chavez,

We have the below ongoing thread that you might be interested in following. As things settle down, hopefully Eset will find the time to respond or post about on their web site as it's a question I'm persoanlly interested in also.

This thread---> So what is the life cycle of v2 going to be?

I hope it is supported for a while because my really old computer I gave my mother running XP runs fine with 2.7. I tried 3.0 today and it slowed down that computer down alot. I put 2.7 on there. It is a clunker P3 1Ghz 512 MB of RAM.

On my C2D machine 3.0 runs fine and does not slow it down at all but on my mothers old computer I had to put 2.7 back on there.
