verclsid.exe?

Has anyone noticed that after the recent Windows Update there is a file that keeps executing? No real information whatsoever on what this file actually is and what actually does: looking it up in Google gives one result, this: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/ms06-015.mspx, looking it up in Google groups only give a few message of people comlaining that this prevented them from using some programs.

What on Earth is this? Any info? Me, I'm going to block every instance of this with Process Guard until I have some more info.
