    Why did they test with NOD version 1.529. Clicking the link on NOD's website and then clicking the "here" link displays the pdf.

    I would answer with usual RTFM, but to clear the 'lil issue - reprint demonstrates NOD32's performance in 2003-2004 tests. That's why there are versions 1.529 and 1.595 listed and not nowadays actual 1.990

    I seem to have confused that with the actual PRODUCT VERSION # of NOD.....which is version 2.12.3

    The version # referenced in the article is referencing the Virus Signature Database Updates version......

    Thanks for clarifying.
