V6 boxed question

Getting time for me to renew and I don't want to renew 4 computers when I only have 3 now. I see Wal-Mart has the boxed version for 3 users for 48 bucks. My question is, does the activation start when I install it. Or when I buy it from them.

thank you Janus, just wish Wal-Mart had a 2 year or even 3 year license to buy.

 

I'm not sure but isn't it cheaper to reduce the license to 3 computers and buy a 2 or 3-year renewal?

 

In the USA a 3-computer renewal for 1 year is $44.99 and a 3-user, 2 year renewal is $75.99... which is cheaper than the box at Walmart - ESET or a reseller such as us can downsize that license and renew it - so you save a little money and get the 2-year renewal.

 

You offer him save some money. But Walmart is Walmart - they offer him to live better What is the little saved money compared to the better life ROFL

 

WYB, I bought it from you. It was a 4 user 2 year license for ESS. When I checked with you you said they wouldn't downgrade it to a 3 user EAV one.

 

found a boxed 3 user 1 year on Amazon and free shipping for $39.00 . thats good enough for me.
