We're not going to duplicate forum sections in order to have v3 and v4 separate. The top two sections are for the current releases of NOD32 and ESS, which will cover v3 and v4. There are few differences between v3 and v4, so the questions about them can be answered in the current sections. NOD32 v2 is a very different product from the newer releases. I'd call it the legacy version. We'll maintain the v2 section for as long as ESET supports it. (It still remains a very wildly used product.)
We're looking into that now, however, the forums and thread content won't go away. The beta sections will just close for new postings. All v4 discussions will simply happen in the release sections instead. (Beta sections get reactivate anytime ESET wants to have active public beta testing.)
Will the beta contents be shifted to the current forums? I say that because there are some very informative threads that have not been resolved yet and require more investigation/debate.
When v3 launched, we moved currently active threads from the beta sections to the primary sections. We'll do the same this time. However, many may stay behind, if it would be better to start new topics because of changes following the launch of the final. (It'll be case by case, regarding what moves and what will be better started fresh.)
