   I want to download some videos and music and have read that Utorrent is a good client to use. Should I worry about this:

   Afaik uTorrent is still working fine. Also you can read all about BitTorrent aquiring uTorrent here.
   
   But if youre worried, you can just use a different client like Halite or Deluge.
