If I put in my Windows Disk, copy it with pebuilder, it offers to make an iso.. okay If I made it into an ISO can I run it with vmware? I can certainly run linux distros that were made into an iso with vmware, with no side effects anyone tried this yet?

    appreciate it, gui

    Hello,
    Sure you can run it.
I did it with several versions.
You need the Live CD Virtual Machine, which can be downloaded from VM site repository. This machine allows you to emulate the isos easily, no sweat.
Only possible problems could be the connection to internet, since if you use dhcp with bart, it assigns an ip that is not recongized by your firewall, so when it dials out, your firewall does not know what to do with unsolicited packets and drops them. You could try NAT instead of bridged connection - it might work. Or close your firewall. Or forward the vm ports.
But as the proof of concept, done and doable.
