Username where?

This is from the Eset website:

Username*
Provided by Eset - if you use Trial version, please enter "TRIAL".
The Username has been assigned to you at the time of purchase. It can be found in the main window of a properly configured NOD32 Control Center.
To get it, click on the Control Center icon (small diskette with "CC" on it) located on the main taskbar, at the very bottom of computer screen and copy & paste it into this field.

We do not seem to be able to locate the "Main Window" or the username with which we started. Which is the main window, please? We wish to send a message to Eset and the username is requested.

In the Control Centre you will see "Update\update\setup". The username and password are provided either by the reseller you purchased Nod from, or from the website you purchased from...
