Username/password error

    I have a problem with my license.
    I have 2 licenses.
    I have uninstalled my wifes stationary computer that i want to replace with a laptop.

    I have installed nod32 on laptop but when i want to update it.
    It says my username/password is invalid.

    I live in Sweden if it makes a difference.

    how did you enter user name/password, try copy and paste instead
