Username and password invalid?

    So my dad bought me and him ESET last night ( waiting on new CC ) license for 2 PC's, I already had the trial version installed. I put the DL from the 64bit link onto my machine and installed, or so I thought? When I bring up the eset window it tells me I have 29days left on my trial? I tried to upgrade to full version, when prompted for username and password I copy and paste the UN & PW from the email sent to my dad, but it tells me it is invalid? Not sure whats going on or what to do?

    Try this, do not copy and paste, write your password and username manually.

    Contact ESET support in your country, they'll be able to check the UP and test it.

    Ok, got it now. Had to uninstall it then reinstall.

    Virus database update failed?

    It keeps telling me the user name and password are incorrect? WTH? I'm using the UN and PW ESET sent me.

    Hello,

    Did you type your username and password in to the dialogue or copy and paste them? If you typed them, try copying (ctrl+c) and pasting (ctrl+p) but make sure there is no extra space.
