It's impossible to start with the recovery disk cause the mouse is only vertical scrollable.
i saw many messages on the forum but, clearly, what to do.

    regards

Is this a wireless Logitech mouse? If so, plug a standard wired mouse in and try again. I have this problem on one system and keep a second mouse handy for backups.

    Hello okami,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please notice that you can navigate the interface using arrow keys and the Tab key.

Please make sure you use the latest build (4942) of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after updating.

If updating does not solve the problem, please do the following: boot your computer from the Acronis True Image rescue disc and press F11 key when the selection screen advising you to select either "Full", "Safe" or "Boot into Windows" option appears. After you get the "Linux kernel command line" prompt, please modify it in the following way:

    quiet usbmouse=off

click on the OK button then and choose "Full Version".

If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

You are right, but many new computers do not have PS/2 port.
The solution of acronis to insert a command when starting the recovery disk runs well but is not user-friendly.

    Hello okami,

Please note that it is possible to obtain the ISO image of the Acronis True Image Bootable CD with the predefined Linux parameters (such as "usbmouse=off"). In order to obtain the needed ISO image please submit a request for technical support. Describe that you are interested in the ISO image of the Acronis True Image Bootable CD with the predefined Linux parameters. In addition, attach the information about your purchase of Acronis software (order number, e-mail, serial number, etc.) and the link to this thread. And we will provide you with the special ISO image.

    Thank you.
