Anyone know of a anti malware program that I can install on a usb drive and use it to scan my entire computer?

May want to try "Clam on a stick".
ClamAV on a USB portable stick with a convenient GUI.
Run entirely from USB memory stick. Updates (not automatic) have to be invoked.
