USB 3.0 to eSATA cable?

    Is it USB 3.0 to eSATA cable. https://www.amazon.com/eSATA-Combined-Cable-Male-Mini/dp/B002ZUFZYE

    I am in need of eSATA inference support to make external USB 3.0 storage boot-able. It seems like my Motherboard does not support booting from USB 3.0, when it comes to external storage. And yes i have already tried formatting the SSD with DiskPart commends.
