    I'd be surprised if they didn't make cyber-attacks. Which they'd deny, of course.

    Service providers, IT companies do also need to do their part.

    Average cashless people probably should withdraw some cash in advance if banks, financial services are hit. Don't panic - even if it happens they will recover, but people should be prepared to pay in cash for 2 to 3 days. Don't withdraw too much since it could contribute and augument panic.

    You make some good points. Some cash is a good idea. Overreacting is where some people cause bigger problems than the original problem.
