I have a question about how to let the url tags and plain tags play nice together.
Plain tags needed to be used because of PDF link in the url.

I'm not so happy with how I posted there the PDF url.
I guess that there must be a better and more nicely looking way, but I forgot how ...

    Any suggestions (please)?
    Thanks in advance!

    PS:
I think that there were years ago several guidelines posted about how to "combine" different tags. But I can't find it at the moment.

Thanks but I'm not so sure whether that will help.

    1.
    It must look like link
(only example for the board link)

    2.
But now that link points to an external PDF file. That is the point here!
You have to use the plain tags in that case.

    3.
So you have to "combine" both the url tags and the plain tags.
Maybe "nesting" is a better word than "combining" but my English is failing me here.

How about this? Because the URL is not broken, it can be copied and pasted into a new browser tab.
    Code:
    https://www.europol.europa.eu/cms/sites/default/files/documents/Tech%20Watch%20Flash%20-%20The%20Impact%20of%20Large%20Language%20Models%20on%20Law%20Enforcement.pdf

Or maybe something like this in the old fashion way:

    PDF link

Change hxxps for the obvious one

No, that doesn't work. In my Firefox browser, when that link is clicked, I see this:
For any direct downloads (PDF or URL), it's best to either use Plain tags or Code tags to prevent the download, not a live link.
