    Hi Joe,

I have been in contact with support to tell them I can't send undetected malware to report@prevxresearch.com in a password protected RAR file and they told me to send to a certain person at Prevx! Can you find out why report@prevxresearch.com will not accept Password Protected RAR files anymore!

    TIA,

    Daniel ;)

I'll take a look - we're using GMail for part of the filtering which could mean they changed their restrictions. In the meantime, it would be more direct to send it to someone if you've received an email address :)

It's best to write into our support inbox directly (not report@prevxresearch.com) for missed/incorrect detections as they'll be able to answer them much faster.

    Thanks!

It would be fastest to send missed infections to the support inbox where the rest of the Webroot team can check them. You should be able to just send in the MD5 without a problem :)
