upgrading Server/Console to v3

    Hi.

    What order is best to upgrade the Remote Admin Server and console programs to V3. Currently I am running Version 2.0.110 of the server and console. I presume the server first and then the console.

    Does the upgrade proceedure keep all the existing install packages and config, ie mirror etc ?

    Hi jasonblake7,

    I upgraded our ERA from 2.0.110 to 3.0.39 a couple of days ago, all went extremely smoothly. All existing install packages and config, etc are kept. I upgraded the server then console components, starting with our upper most server and then the remote replicas.
