Have recently tried to carry out the above procedure on a machine running W2k SP4.
Procedure aborted part way through on several occasions.
There were complaints regarding missing Fox.dll.
Ultimately had to revert back to v10 using a stored image, as there was no way i could either remove the remnants of v11 or repair the installation.
Has anybody else experienced this problem?

For now, wait until a fixed version of 11 is released. 11.8027 has some serious probs.

When ready to install 11, uninstall 10, us msconfig to disable all startups and services except windows services (you have an option to hide them in MSconfig) and then reboot. After reboot delete any Acronis directories under Program files, Program files\Common files and under Documents and Settings\All Users\Applications Settings\. Then delete anything with "Acronis" from the registry.

Then install 11. After finishing installing 11, the use msconfig to allow all the services and startups.

This method, while somewhat draconian, should be most liekly to allow a good install of ATI.
