    Hello :)

My subscription to NOD32 V2.7 will end in a few days. If I buy the 2 year license and just in a couple of weeks Version 3 will come out - how do I upgrade ? How much will it cost ?

Or is it better to buy the 1 year license in this case ?

Unfortunately the german hotline did not know an answer...

    Regards,
    Alexander

    Hi
Version 3 won't come out in a few weeks. The beta will come out in a few weeks. This is a test version.
Final release will come out probably at the end of this year.

So the best thing to do is buy a one year subcription and then go for v3

When v3 comes out all current subscribers will receive the upgrade to v3 antivirus without any additional fee. Re. the suite, the pricing policy has not been set yet.

    Thanx for the info.
    That's very generous of ESET.

This is another great thing Eset does when getting your new license , It provides always the latest version regardless :thumb:

Yep I agree with you Snooker. That's one awesome aspect of buying NOD32, especially in comparison to some of the most commonly available AVs.

I agree, I'm so sick of the 2006 2007 2008 policy that nearly all the other companies are using - And of course you have to pay to get their new version even if you bought a 2-3 year license... ESET rules in that area, hands down.
