Updating 'suspended' apps in Windows 8.1

I have Microsoft Mahjong from the Windows store.

Today I went to see if any of the few apps I use from the store needed updates. After selecting them they all updated apart from the Mahjong which just stayed at 'pending' Couldn't get it to update at all. I looked in taskmanager and saw that Mahjong was listed as 'suspended'.

This made sense as I had been playing it then pulled it down from the top of the screen to close it a few minutes before I did the store updates

Rebooted machine and went straight to store and selected Mahjong update which went ahead immediately.

So I thought I'd just pass this bit of info on in case anyone else has an issue where a store app won't update... make sure it isn't in a 'suspended ' state.
