I’m trying to buy a larger SSD for my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 3D Gen (2015). This SSD says it is compatible with m.2 PCIe slot that supports the 2280 form factor. My hardware manual for the Thinkpad says the SSD is a m.2 PCIe, but doesn’t mention 2280. However the SSD in my laptop looks just like this one. Can anyone please let me know if this SSD would be compatible with my laptop?

    riffdex,

Measure your current SSD. 2280 means 22 mm wide and 80 mm long.
