Updating issues and NO response from Cust Serv

    The customer service for this company sucks! I have sent email after email and no response.
    The update wont update...and when I ask for my money back...no response.

    WTF?

    At least Norton always was there when I had an issue.

    Also...their video on how to fix the update is way outdated..doesnt give a fix for Windows 7...that is a terrible way to show the world you are on top of your game ESET
