Updating causes Spywareblaster to crash

When I try to manually update SB by clicking the update button (or the "quick link" update link), the display turns blank and the program stops responding. All of the other feature work fine.

I have SB 4.0 running along with Vista. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SB.

Any suggestions?

In your e-mail, please include your username on these forums and a link to this thread. It would also be helpful if you could mention:

-Any other security / privacy software you are running or have installed (such as anti-virus, anti-trojan, anti-spyware, firewall, cleaning tools, etc.)
-Whether or not you have SP1 installed for Vista.
