Updating snapshots and archived snapshots is no problem.
But how do you update a snapshot that's archived on an external drive?

    WWS,
    First do this :
    1. Open FDISR
    2. Click on "Options"
    3. Click on "Archives"-tab
    4. Mark "Specify alternate archive location
    5. Specify something like this : E:\FDISR Archives
E = External harddisk, which can be any letter and FDISR Archives = folder where archives will be stored or are stored.
    6. Click OK.

After that FDISR knows where your archives are stored or will be stored.

Then you copy/update from Snapshot to existing Archive or new Archive.
    That's it.

Another way is using the "Export Snapshot" function under Tools, not really my favorite one, but it works as good as copy/update.
