Updater hanging

    Greetings....Ewido is not updating. The updater is hanging. The process will begin, but soon will stop;always at the same dat. I have tried to install manually, but does not take for some unknown reason. Would someone please point me to the updater repair tool?

    Am i wrong in thinking there is a fix-it tool ?

    Well, what does it say when you try to manually update? I had no problem.

    Have you tried to download the full signaturebase manually install and this try to see if it works or delete the content of the signaturesfolder and then update?

    I tried twice before it took.....all is ok now....thanks for getting back...
