Updated Build will not install

    I have tried to reinstall TI 7 build 638 several times and each time I get error message that tells me install cannot take place because of an error. The error is not defined. When I first tried to install build 638, my then current installation was removed by the new build. Now, I do not have TI installed and I need to backup my entire system. I NOW wish I had not tried to install build 638.
    I have been trying to do this since 10-17-04. I emailed Acronis Support that night and just heard from them today. They sent two files for me to put in the
    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers but it still won't install. Oh, the two files were: timntr.sys and snapman.sys. I have sent Support another email.
    Any one here having this problem? All help will be appreciated.
