I upgraded from TI 8 (bought at Fryes) to TI 9 in April (from Acronis) website. My laptop died (I have a USB backup using TI 9, containing the TI 9 download/upgrade). On my new laptop I used my Digital RIver email (from Gmai) to get my TI 9 license. When I try and install the TI 9 upgrade to my new laptop, I get asked for my TI 9 and PREVIOUS license (which is long gone)!!!! So, now I am DEAD in the water. I've purchased other Acronis products and love the software. What can I do?
