    I keep Process Explorer updated at all times, but I favor Process Hacker by a hair.

    Why is "Show Process Tree" grayed out?

    Sorry that doesn't help because the options to show the Process Tree are all grayed out, no way to enable them.

    Click the process tree toolbar button and type Ctrl+T both does nothing.
