    just noticed it now has a gpu meter.
    i like the new options and looks of version 15.
    I thought the old version was good but new version seems a big improvement.

    Great update, GPU feature works well. Don't think there's a similar program with it.

    Re: Process Explorer 15.0

    I used Process Explorer for a few years but now find myself using Process Hacker. I think it's great.

    Anyone knows why Process Explorer is really slow to close itself?

    XP, too. I close it then start it again and I see two instances of Process Explorer. Thanks.

    Just tried it. Doesn't do that for me. Program ends as desired and starts again normally.

    What's a "gpu meter"? In the menus for Process Explorer, WHERE do I find gpu meter?

    Process Explorer 15 is slow to open & very slow to close.

    GPU =graphics processing unit.
    go to the view menu and click on system information. go to the gpu tab. it will shows you how much under load the gpu is in % and how much memory of the gpu is currently used.

    Right! However, Vista and higher is required for the "GPU Meter"; those running XP, for example, won't see it.

    Ever since v12, I've had problems with system explorer crashing randomly on an XP/SP3 system. Also, when Prevx is scanning, the I/O from Prevx is not showing up in any of the graphs. I had to revert back to v11.33 to fix the crashes and see the I/O coming from Prevx. According to Mark the random crashes are caused by 3rd party code being loaded into PE - whatever that means. I'd be interested if anyone still on XP experienced any of the symptoms described.
