Update procedure?

    I bought Acronis True image about 6-8 months ago and was curious if I can upgrade to the latest version for free. If so where do I get updates?

    Hello Greg,

    You can't upgrade for free from, say, version 7 to version 8, although you will be eligible for a discount (see details and price <here>. However, if you want to update, say, version 8 build 826 to version 8 build 937 then this can be done for free as per the instructions at the start of the Acronis Support sticky titled <Please Read Before You Post>.
