Update Problems

Hi, I'm new the forums so if anyone has ever approached this problem and it has been answered I apologize. I have recently upgraded to the new CA EZfirewall and now when I try to update AVG antispyware I get this error:

ERROR:XML Parser error

I have looked at my settings and Avg is put on allowed on all settings, but I have never experienced this problem before. Does anyone have any advice for me? I greatly appreciate it

I have concluded that it was the bloody CA firewall. I even deleted AVG from the firewall to have it come back up and allowed it all to be approved but no matter what it would give me that error. I even tested the firewall, and it failed Shield's Up tests. So I uninstalled it, and now I can update AVG Antispyware with no problems.
