Update problems (Automatic)

Hi All,

Lost my data on registration stuff. 3 months later...I find it. Also find that there's a new Spywareblaster out! Try to enter my reg details...no will take. Strange. Any ideas anyone? I 'signed up' in March, bit of difficulty then (registration people not used to the new year!).

Sorted eventually, now this. Help anyone?
