Update Problem <file not found>

    I just purchased Nod32 based on reccomendations. Despite trying several maneuvers I can't get beyond 'error:file not found' when trying to update. The program actually informs me there is a new update waiting for me. I tried what Support said to do, but it didn't work(re-install, empty various folders) and now I can't get them(Support) to respond to me at all:oops: o_O . Please help!

    It might be a firewall problem, did you give NOD32KRN.EXE and nod32.exe and nod32kui.exe permission to acess the internet.

    It sounds me like if you were trying to update the already discontinued NOD32 1.0. Did you actually download and install NOD32 2.51.20 from http://www.eset.com/download ?
