    Release Notes:

    *Fixed issue with handling mouse up event on some form fields.
    *Fixed spelling error in command name.
    *Changed algorithm when getting a page's margin - as this causes problems with some printers.
    *Fixed issue with horizontal scroll bar on bookmarks view.
    *Resolved issue with menu's shorcuts after application's window activation.
    *Fixed issue with mouse wheel scroll on first activation in IE.
    *Implemented doc.info object.
    *Trim URL specified in the Open URL dialog to remove erroneous/superfluous content.
