    EDIT: Is this a beta release? I've checked the updater on both my notebook & my desktop & so far there seem to be no official upgrades.

    OK, I take it I will eventually be able to upgrade with the updater. Canada is so far away from England LOL!

    Yeah, I think the updater lags behind the web site downloads, at least most of the time (much like the posting of the changelogs). FWIW, I couldn't get the update through "live update" either nor through "check for updates" on the Viewer. I also have a PDF-XChange PRO license but that didn't seem to make any difference; I had to download from the download page.

    I checked on their forums & they recommend that you can make a fresh install or install 'over the top'.

    They also aren't sure apparently if the updater is activated or not.

    Either way, I'm fine now as I made a fresh install. :thumb:
