Update not updating to most recent date

Hi,

I'm trying out ESS beta 1b on Windows Vista. Every time I try to update, it won't update past 7/08/07, signature version 2384. Should it automatically update later?

 

Still no update to the latest sigs. The program says it is up to date when it is not!

 

It will probably update later today when next sig release comes out. This happened to me.

It thought it was using latest version even though it showed previous version on teh screen. When next version comes out it knows to update and your sorted. Least that how it happened for me.

 

I have been a NOD32 user for about a year. I have installed all beta versions of ESS, and I have never had the virus database update properly. I installed the latest version on a clean basis and it shows database was updated today, but the version of the database is 2353 on 6/25/2007.

I uninstalled several prior betas for the same reason, any thoughts?

 

Thanks. I found the suggestion and it works fine.

You must delete the Eset files in both folders in program files and documents and settings all users application data.
