    Hello everyone,
I'm using NOD32 for about 2 years now, and never had this problem.
It doesn't update anymore, even if I try manually.
I already checked the FAQ and various sites I found googling around.
    Nothing helped yet.
    I even reinstalled NOD32.

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks in Advance

    Please provide the following info:

    What version NOD32?
Do you have a software or hardware firewall installed?
What version Windows are you running?

    Thanks.

    Several points:

    1. Has your license expired?
    2. There are more current version of NOD32 available
Help->About (Upper right hand corner) should give you the version number.

    The current versions are
    Version 3: 3.0.560
    Version 2: 2.70.39

    They can be downloaded from:
    http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php

If you cannot download version, most likely your license has expired.

    1. My licence has not expired.
    2. Why did that version work like 10 days ago, and not now?
My Friends all use the same version, and it works...

It is possible your license expired in the last 10 days.
    Please provide the version number.
Are you able to download a fresh version from the link I provided?

    ven000m,
you have posted to a wrong forum. Could you please install ESET NOD32 Antivirus to see if it helps? Should the problem persist, submit a customer care query using the integrated submission form and we will check your update configuration.

Apparently you have NOD32 v2 installed ("Version: 2.51.26") while this forum is intended for ESET NOD32 Antivirus (v3). Could you give it a try? At least you'll be able to submit a customer care query using the integrated form which will help us figure out the reason why your update's failing.
