Update freeze and over time Nod32 has a memory leak

I just purchased 5 licenses. The 3 installations went very well and there are no problems, but the 4. has 2 mayer problems:

1. It cannot update
2. After running for about 24 hours it has a memory leak, where the program use over 100 mb ram.

When trying to update, Nod32 comes with the following error:

"Virus signature database could not be updated
Error creating tempoary file."

I tried to reinstall the program with as few running processes as possible. I typed and retyped my registrationinformations and that does not seem to be the problem.

What should I do?
